Psyche Blue: Notice I said nothing about NoScript. I can live without that, but for how long...
7 Feb 10, 02:44 PM
Psyche Blue: Well, it's still a strong release that I'll be using.
7 Feb 10, 02:44 PM
Psyche Blue: Also, no way to switch tabs in full screen mode or any way to preview tabs without actually selecting them unless an extension comes to handle either or both.
7 Feb 10, 02:42 PM
Psyche Blue: Also, no easy way to do a non-default search on a highlighted word or group of words with the right-click menu unless an extension comes by to handle that. (don't think Quick Search does)
7 Feb 10, 02:26 PM
Psyche Blue: Though I installed a quick search extension to get around that.
7 Feb 10, 02:26 PM
Psyche Blue: There's not an easy way to access bookmarks without having the Bookmark bar being visible, and I don't find the Omnibar's method of non-default search very appealing.

Psyche Blue: So far SRWare Iron 4 is way faster and more reliable and convenient to use than Firefox 3.6...well, convenience can be debated.
6 Feb 10, 06:04 PM
Psyche Blue: I'll keep Firefox on my system, but only when I really need it.
6 Feb 10, 06:03 PM
Psyche Blue: Also, I've switched browsers! SRWare Iron (based on Chromium which Google Chrome is also based on) is my new default browser :D .
6 Feb 10, 06:02 PM
Psyche Blue: I've heard of "Sword of the Stars"...it's that 4X RTS from the original team behind the first Homeworld. I would try it, but "Sins of a Solar Empire" seems to be the same kind of game, only better.

mishiranu: I just realized that the gun that shoots Sonic out of the Blue Typhoon in Sonic X is AWFULLY similar to the Siege Driver weapon from the game Sword of the Stars...which as I recall came out before it.

シルク: Now I can retry my previously mentioned comination of YouTube! >:D
2 Feb 10, 06:29 PM
シルク: Halo: PC/Custom Edition is now on my computer!

30 Jan 10, 07:52 PM
Psyche Blue: As far as I'm aware, that will be released as part of an update to FF 3.6 since FF 3.7 is no longer a pending release. Weird, right?
30 Jan 10, 07:51 PM
Psyche Blue: Also, I can't wait for when they put plug-ins in their own separate processes. That should dramatically improve Firefox's stability and make an upgrade from FF 3.0 more worthwhile.
30 Jan 10, 07:49 PM
Psyche Blue: Okay, I will: FF 3.6 taskbar previews are still bugged, so that's why they're not enabled by default.
