It wouldn't be like "Oh, I know where the holy grail is located", more like, "Oh, I found a shield that can absorb magic. Someone down the line would pay for that, lemme just tuck that away so no one can find it" kind of thing

She wouldn't know where all of them are; there are way too many civilizations and not a fast enough way for her to travel around the world. But there would probably be a few that she took note of by being in the area and hid herself so that she could find them down the road.

Also, would she really know where lost magical objects were? (I mean assuming in the present people had no idea were they were? Playing devil's advocate here...)

Also, she's an artificer, so she could (in theory) make magic items that might have similar effects but might not be as powerful as the ancient artifacts would

I mean, there are many civilizations over 40,000 years of human history, she'll run out eventually but she would keep tabs on a few high price ones

It also allow her to know where "lost" magical artifacts are ahead of time, allowing her to manipulate the supply/demand of said items by hiding them away herself.

True, but I was thinking she would attempt a spell to travel back before she found the ring so she wouldn't be immortal but instead throws herself back thousands of years and has to live through those times to get back to the current era

So the problem with Asteria being an old human (as in 40,000 years old) is the genetic aspect. She wouldn't have the modern human physiology so I had to think of a way to explain why she looks like a modern day human.
