Glad it's working well enough! I do have it on my list to go back and update old chapters with the feature. I also am thinking about a drop-down in the sidebar, but I'm worried it might be too long.

I do know that sometime the table of contents doesn't jump to exactly the right place the first try - this has to do with the images lazy loading. Not much I can do about that, sadly.
